Treballo en un grup de recerca sobre informaci\u00f3 qu\u00e0ntica <\/b>a l\u2019ICFO, un centre d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 a Castelldefels, prop de Barcelona, per\u00f2 tenim molts col\u00b7laboradors arreu del m\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

A m\u00e9s d\u2019impulsar la recerca cient\u00edfica i tecnol\u00f2gica, crec que \u00e9s important fer con\u00e8ixer a la gent com els \u00faltims aven\u00e7os cient\u00edfics poden afectar les seves vides<\/b>.<\/p>\n

En 2016 vam coordinar un projecte internacional per realitzar un experiment de f\u00edsica qu\u00e0ntica amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 ciutadana. M\u00e9s de 100.000 persones van participar en el Big Bell Test!<\/p>\n

Un dels meus canals preferits de YouTube \u00e9s aquell on una jove enginyera va explicant com funcionen objectes de la nostra vida quotidiana.<\/p>\n

Justament ahir va explicar que dins dels nostres m\u00f2bils hi ha un munt de transistors i altres elements fets amb semiconductors que s\u00f3n els elements b\u00e0sics de l’electr\u00f2nica digital<\/b>. S\u00f3c farmac\u00e8utic i en el meu treball la precisi\u00f3 de la meva balan\u00e7a <\/b>\u00e9s fonamental per a la preparaci\u00f3 de f\u00f3rmules magistrals. Per aquesta ra\u00f3, la faig recalibrar cada any: quan ho vaig fer en 2019, em van explicar que aquell any va canviar la definici\u00f3 de quilogram<\/b> en el Sistema Internacional d\u2019Unitats. Ara la definici\u00f3 de la unitat de pes que s’utilitza arreu del m\u00f3n est\u00e0 basada en una constant universal, la constant de <\/b>Planck<\/b>, que juga un paper fonamental a la f\u00edsica qu\u00e0ntica.<\/p>\n

La f\u00edsica qu\u00e0ntica ha perm\u00e8s el naixement d’una primera onada de tecnologies (com els l\u00e0sers i els transistors).<\/p>\n

Ara podem controlar les part\u00edcules qu\u00e0ntiques a nivell individual<\/b>, arribant a dissenyar noves tecnologies disruptives (segona revoluci\u00f3 qu\u00e0ntica<\/b>).<\/p>\n

Molts dels principis de la f\u00edsica qu\u00e0ntica desafien el sentit com\u00fa (per exemple, les part\u00edcules han de tenir propietat ben definides) o altres teories f\u00edsiques (una acci\u00f3 a dist\u00e0ncia instant\u00e0nia no \u00e9s possible).\u00a0Per aquesta ra\u00f3, els f\u00edsics es demanaven si <\/span>la teoria qu\u00e0ntica era\u00a0<\/b>incompleta<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

John Bell va posar fi a aquest debat filos\u00f2fic dissenyant un experiment que permetria excloure possibles explicacions alternatives a la f\u00edsica qu\u00e0ntica<\/b> que no desafiaven la intu\u00efci\u00f3.<\/p>\n

A partir dels anys 80, es van fer molts tests de Bell que van confirmar la validesa de la f\u00edsica qu\u00e0ntica.<\/p>\n

La intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial ha revolucionat la tecnologia dels darrers anys. No obstant aix\u00f2, per a poder aplicar aquestes t\u00e8cniques a la ingent quantitat de dades al nostre abast, ens cal una major pot\u00e8ncia de c\u00e0lcul. Els ordinadors qu\u00e0ntics podrien ser la resposta a aquest problema, permetent expandir els camps d’aplicaci\u00f3 dels algoritmes d’intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

D’altra banda, la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial ha contribu\u00eft a importants aven\u00e7os en el camp de la f\u00edsica qu\u00e0ntica<\/strong>, ajudant-nos a desxifrar problemes que s\u00f3n gaireb\u00e9 impossibles de resoldre amb les t\u00e8cniques de computaci\u00f3 tradicionals.<\/p>\n
