Carlos Gas naci\u00f3 en Alicante. Estudi\u00f3 F\u00edsica y Matem\u00e1ticas en la Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona y, al acabar, hizo un M\u00e1ster en Fot\u00f3nica en la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya. Actualmente est\u00e1 en su primer a\u00f1o de doctorado en el ICFO, en el grupo de gases cu\u00e1nticos ultrafr\u00edos d\u00f3nde realiza simulaci\u00f3n cu\u00e1ntica con \u00e1tomos a muy bajas temperaturas.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mar\u00eda Marsal es licenciada en Biolog\u00eda por la UB. Hizo el doctorado en Biolog\u00eda del Desarrollo en el Departamento de Gen\u00e9tica de la UB. En su periodo <\/span>post-doctoral<\/span> ha combinado su investigaci\u00f3n en Biolog\u00eda con el uso de microscop\u00eda \u00f3ptica (CSIC e ICFO). Es parte del equipo responsable de la microscop\u00eda \u00f3ptica de super resoluci\u00f3n y del laboratorio de Biolog\u00eda\u202fen ICFO.\u202f<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Valentina <\/span>Gacha <\/span>naci\u00f3 en Bogot\u00e1, Colombia. Se gradu\u00f3 como Ingeniera Qu\u00edmica en la Universidad de los Andes. M\u00e1s tarde, su pasi\u00f3n por entender mejor el mundo de los materiales la llev\u00f3 a Brasil donde hizo un master en Ciencia e Ingenier\u00eda de Materiales. Hace dos a\u00f1os comenz\u00f3 su doctorado en ICFO, en el grupo de nanoestructuras fotovoltaicas, donde est\u00e1 estudiando la configuraci\u00f3n de diferentes materiales, para capturar la energ\u00eda del sol y as\u00ed generar diferentes combustibles solares.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our objective is to build a dark room with accessible materials to put into practice the use of a converging lens and to study the physical foundation behind it. Our objective is to calculate the speed of light (c) using Io\u2019s orbits, as Ole R\u00f8mer did in 1676 using data taken from JPL Horizons. In this research work, we calculated the dye concentration in the gummies through VIS Spectroscopy. Using dissolutions and their respective absorbances, we have been able to determine that collagen has been the main problem, and through many studies, we have been able to separate it and determine its concentrations.<\/p>\n
